Are you a reseller and if so, who are your partners?
Allied Telecom is facilities based. We do not re-package or resell other carriers products.

Do you offer residential services?
No. Allied does not currently provide residential services and has no plans to do so in the future.

How do you deliver VoIP services?
Allied currently provides both CPE-based and hosted services to premier customers who require this customized solution. We plan to launch a full suite of VoIP service for DC metropolitan customers later this year.

How long have you been providing services?
Allied Telecom has been providing communications service since 1990. In 1996 we introduced our suite of broadband services.

How can I tell if I qualify for your services?

How long does it take to get connected?
In most cases, Allied can deliver most services in 15 days or less. If your company is located in a "lit" building, we can provide same day service. To determine your availability, please contact a representative at 202 349.0408.

I am not in one of your buildings. Can I still receive service?
Yes. Allied offers a variety of customized options us to deliver service outside our immediate footprint. For additional information, please contact a representative at 202 349.0408.

Who do you peer with?
Allied peers with AT&T, Cogent, and PCCW. We have preferred agreements with multiple networks for optimized routing.
